Description
The titleholder or owner of a motor vehicle may deregister their
motor vehicle if the vehicle is no longer operated on a public road
or has been declared permanently unfit to be on a public road.
A motor vehicle that has not been licenced for four years will
be de-registered automatically. The traffic office will then issue
a de-registration certificate.
